Wohoo, my first recipe, YES! This plate was so easy to do, it was my lunch today. It took me about 30 minutes to do everything, there is no secret about the meal, the only thing which takes a little bit more effort is the deep fried calamari, the rest are just raw foods that I just washed and cut (except the boiled eggs).
For the Calamari, all you have to do is 1. Cut into rings, then wash it (heat oil in a large pan, max.) 2. Season it, as you wish (my preference is Garlic Powder and Black Pepper) 3. In a different bowl mix flour with black pepper, and other powders you want, whisk to combine and put the calamari into the bowl. 4. Pour milk in another bowl, place the calamari and let it marinate for about 10 min. 5. Place the calamari onto the flour again and finally throw it in the oil.
PS. The salad overall was seasoned with vinaigrette dressing.
